2.Turn on:Press the middle button for 3 seconds,please check TF card once you see green light
  and the following flashing red light. When the red light end,it is the standby state now.

3.It is recording video while the red light is flashing slowly after pressing the right button.
  Save: Press the right button,the device stop video recording and the video is saved
  (the red light flashes 3 times,it mean the video is saved).

4.Voice-activated Mode: Press the lift button to start the Voice-activated Mode.
  Save: Press the right button,the device stop video recording and the video is saved
  (the red light flashes 3 times,it mean the video is saved).

5.Turn off the Voice-activated Mode:After the step 4 above,
  press the lift button to turn off the Voice-activated Mode.
